Body Positive + really want our customers to love what they ordered, but lets be REAL, if something is not right, please let us know immediately.
We reserve the right to refuse returns and exchanges due to the fact that we do “one of a kind” dresses with limited edition fabrics, however we would try our best to accommodate you if we can. If you are not completely satisfied, you can speak to us and we will find a resolution together. We will either replace the item for a similar item or credit your account via gift voucher subject to the terms below.
DELIVERY TIMELINE AND GUIDELINES
Body Positive + keep limited stock in our studio. New orders will take from between 5 to 10 working days to make and courier to you.
We will communicate with you on placing your order to let you know when we will courier your order, and should there be any delays with your order our Shop Manager will contact with you and share updates until your order is safely delivered to you.
By placing an order with Body Positive + you agree to accept our terms and conditions.
PLACING YOUR ORDER
You are able to place your order through our secure e-Commerce portal.
Courier charges are fixed within borders of South Africa and will be shown prior to you placing your order.
You will be required to pay for goods in full at the time of ordering.
We use Pay Fast secure payment facilities for all online purchases.
All prices quoted on our website are in South African Rands and include Value Added Tax where applicable.
On confirmation of your order, changes may not be possible or may incur additional charges or delays.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you are unhappy with your purchase or would like to return your items to receive credit in the form of a Body Positive + Gift Card, please send your request in writing with a brief explanation to why you want to return the item to email@example.com for our consideration. This will help us understand the issue and provide better customer service and experiences in the future.
*The items are returned within 7 days of the delivery. Kindly note that items arriving after the 7 day working deadline will not be accepted and will be returned to sender.
*Garments will not be eligible for return if they have been physically altered, worn and or damaged.
*All returns are refunded via store credit in the form of a Body Positive + Gift Card.
*Sale items cannot be returned for store credit.
You can cancel your purchase at any time up to 24hrs after placing your order online.
To do this, please e-mail us to firstname.lastname@example.org requesting cancellation.
We are unable to accept cancellations by phone or on WhatsApp.
Should you not cancel within the prescribed timeframe (24 hrs) your order will be shipped to you.
DEFECTIVE ITEM GUARANTEE
Quality is of prime importance to Body Positive + as we understand our clients expect value for money, as do we! Our quality assurance process ensures that each item is very carefully examined for quality prior to wrapping and couriering to ensure we have don’t have unnecessary returns on defective items. If there is a problem with delivered items, please notify us by email email@example.com in writing providing details of the problem together with a digital photograph of the defect. We will deal with the matter in accordance with the highest level of ethics and within all legal rights.
Should an exchange is deemed necessary, this will be arranged soon as possible at no additional charge. All replacement items will not be dispatched until we receive the original items and they have been reviewed and documented by our team.
Kindly note the following terms:
Our liability is to replace defective items only.
The cost of returning items to us is your responsibility.
If the goods are not faulty, we will return them to you (as-is) and you will be required to cover courier costs.
If an item is no longer available we will offer a suitable alternative at the same value and we are unable to guarantee an exact match due to our limited runs of pieces and fabrics. Alternatively, refunds are at our discretion and in the form of our shop gift card.
Body Positive + reserves the right to reject any returns and exchanges that do not comply with the terms and conditions stated above.
